1 Concrete resistance test method

1.1 Permeability method

According to the measurement of the medium flowing through the sample, the pressure inside the container is changed, the pressure difference between the two ends of the sample is maintained, and the amount of the medium flowing through the predetermined time is measured to determine the impermeability of the concrete test piece.

The steady flow method is one of the commonly used permeable methods. The method is mainly used to measure the concrete test block with high permeability. It mainly measures the flow rate and flow rate of the liquid flowing through the concrete test block, for example, the measurement age is shorter. The concrete with low strength; this method is used to determine the permeability coefficient Kf of the concrete test block according to Darcy's law, and the formula of the permeability coefficient is determined:

Where: Kf is the permeability coefficient measured by the flow method; u is the viscosity of the test liquid; Q is the flow rate of the liquid; A is the cross-sectional area of the liquid passing through the test piece; t is the time to pass through the test piece; d is the height of the test piece; For the height of the head.

1.2 Chloride ion penetration method

Studies have shown that concrete with good resistance to chloride penetration can indicate that concrete has good resistance to water and gas permeation.

1.2.1 Chloride ion penetration method

When testing the permeability of concrete test blocks by chloride ion permeation method, the concrete test blocks need to be immersed in a certain concentration of chloride ion pool, as shown in Figure 1. Chloride ions permeate from one side of the concrete test block to the other side. After a period of time, the concrete test block is taken out, dried, and sliced along the side of the chloride ion solution to the other side, and A sample was taken on each of the sheets, and the chloride ion content was analyzed to determine the concentration gradient in the chloride ion permeation direction, and the permeability coefficient of the concrete test piece was calculated based on this.
